Sallys beauty supplies, gave wrong advice!!! What shall I do?
So I went into Sallys Beauty Supplies today and got some help of a lady who works on colour.I have an ashy grey blonde but it was abit yellow, I asked her how to get rid of the hint of yellow and she told me to use a toner, she gave me the product along with the volume of developer 10 % I bought the products.I got home and read the instructions on the box of the toner and it did say use 20 %, I firstly didn't think anything of it as maybe the shop worker didn't think I needed a strong developer like 20 %. So I mixed the stuff together and applied it to towel dried hair exactly like it says on the box it says leave on for 30mins but I usually do checks on any hair colouring. I went away for precisely 5mins and came back to the mirror and my hair had changed to brown I don't know what to do....... All I wanted to do was tone down the yellow, not change the entire colour I go to this certain Sallys supply shop alot and I've never made a complaint, and any advice they give has always been correct. But now someone made a mistake or something and has totally changed the colour of my hair.Do I go back and complain? Do I call up and complain?I don't see why I have to re buy the products to get my hair back to blonde for someone else mistake.If I do call up and they say sorry but can't do anything like at least give me the products to go back blonde what do I do about it from there?My hair is an important thing, and especially getting it to the blonde I was at, I want something done... more than just an apology Please help... Thanx you xxx
