And if so, does it increase hair growth on your body?
I am taking a pill called biotin. How many inches will my hair grow monthly?
I've just started taking a pill called biotin, because I am sick and tired of my short hair. I've seen many girls in my middle school with Bra strap length hair or LONGER. I also want it because I will have more things to do with my hair, Despite the responsibilities more hair brings. My hair dresser told me On Thursday when i asked that approx. 3 in a month. I'm not sure if that's accurate. Also, I BAD acne, and my nails don't even reach the tip. So i need to know the SPECIFIC things Biotin does, so I can be assured. Longer Hair, Nails, and Better Skin is what I'm aiming for by the beginning of June. So please assist me I need details on this pill
Does biotin make your hair grow? Also is it normal to have a tummyache from taking it or flu like symptoms?
Also if it helps im using Walmarts brand Sun Valley 1000 mcg's. I took 2 a day.

I have been researching and I heard it really helps for hair growth. I'm trying to grow mine out but I have a few questions if anyone has experience with it.1 I am taking a medication that keeps my heart rate and blood pressure normal. Atlenolol it's called or something like that. Would it be safe taking both pills?2 is it safe for a 15 year old? Can it cause you to like overdose or no matter how much you take you're fine? 3 how many doses would you take? For it to improve your hair growth somewhat fast.If anyone has experience with it, answers would be appreciated. Thanks

so i am an 18 year old girl, my nails grow slow, my hair grows slow, and i have damaged hair due to chemical processing which i am not doing anymore i really want healthy, long hair and long pretty nails. i read that biotin helps with this. is that true? is biotin safe to use? and will it actually help? also if you have other hair growing tips they would be appreciated. thanks
Biotin is STILL making me breakout, what's the deal?
I started taking Biotin about september and completely stopped in about November a little after I started breaking out. I've been drinking water. Changed my skin regimn& they seem to go away. Only to keep popping up, but now as bad as it was, like my whole face has acne scars now. My skin was extra clear before. No exaggeration.What do I do? I guess biotin needs to be flushed out of my system but shouldn't it be flushed out already?
