Can living in a basement affect hair and health?
I lived in a basement for 6 years and I noticed that I get coldsabout 4 or 5 times a year. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I live in a basement? Also, My hair is usually puffy. Does this have anything to do with me living in a basement either?

Is it bad for my hair and health in general to take a shower once per 4 days?
I usually take a shower every other day but now I don't have much time because of work and other stuff so I was wondering if I'm harming my health because of these actions

I am a black haired guy and recently started coloring it brown. People say it looks good and obviously it boosts my personality too. I have done it twice in the last 6 months. But is it true, that we lose hair and it can cause diseases? Well, I use an expensive dye, about 30$ and its Lo'real I'm sure you've heard of it . What precautions should I take so that it doesn't affect me that much? Isn't it possible for a person to remain healthy and still dye his hair? Also, is there any way that I can completely dye my hair brown so that I don't have to go to the clinic again?Sorry if I sounded stupid, but I'm not that experienced in this field. I just started.
