im 17 and im going to start using make up so what make up do you use not brands ?how do you apply?ho long does it take?any links?

Help with eye make up care?
I only wear eyelinders and mascara. I don't wear any foundations and all that because they aren't helpful for me. And I know that make up comes with risks.
