About nail care and about nail polish questions?
i just started to use nail polish a few months ago , well colorless cuz my mom said that my nails aren't ready so here is some questions1 whats buffing and filing??i think im filing my nails but i seriously i don't know.how to i buy a buffer thing and a file what does the buffer and file look like????how to buff and file?2 is there any nail polish that kinda has color but not noticeable?3 how to mani pedi ?4 how to remove nail polish cuz i had a nail polish remover and it said to use a cotton ball to remove the polish and i got a little angry at my toe nail cuz i couldn't remove the polish so i kinda scratched the polish out and now my toe nail looks dull and it kinda looks like it has a second layer of nail ........... help so thers my questions
What is the best way for nail care?
i have been biting my nails since i was four, and i actually wasn't ble to stop until i put braces which is like a year ago. so now i have flesh surrounding the nails all torn out and the outlines of my nails look really bad? and the parties of my nails get allot dirty and every time i try to clean them it doesn't work so i have to keep on rubbing them until they are almost clean which takes like half and hour and sometimes if they do not go away i cut that part.what is the best solution to end this whole thing?

What is the best file you can use that'll not damage nails but also keep them well kept?How do you file your nails? When I do it I feel as if I'm doing it the wrong way. I file the top of my nail first in one direction, then file the sides of my nails. Can you file the sides?I try to get the really thin square shape.
What are some tips on good finger nail care?
I really want to grow my nails out for the summer to look cute and pretty. But i bite them a lot and i try to stop and usually my will power is enough. But lately, I've had a lot of stress and will power isn't cutting it any more. I have tried the nail polish that tastes icky but that didn't work either.I'm also really prone to hang nails, and sometimes they get infected. When that happens, i put hydrogen peroxide on them and by morning there fine. How can i keep them from getting infected in the first place? I also have super sensitive skin.And finally, my nails are really, thin, brittle, and dry. Is there any thing i can do to fix that that wont cost a lot of money?Please Help

It's my fiance's birthday soon. She loves painting her nails and trying new hand creams when she has the chance. With a four year old and a new born baby it does get a little difficult to find the time. Well her birthday is coming up so I thought I might make her a basket with hand creams, nail care products and nice nail polishes, but I unfortunately have no idea on these things. I know her favourite hand cream and that is about all I really know on this particular subject. I don't even know what nail polish colours would look nice with her pale skin tone. I don't even know what are good brands of nail polish that won't chip easily. I'm not great when it comes to beauty products, in the past when I've gotten her beauty things my little sister has gotten them and I have given her the money back but I want to do this one on my own and my little sister can't help this time because she is busy. Can anyone help?
Does anyone have good advice for nail care?
I don't wear nailpolish on my fingernails, but i do keep them a few millimetres long. ive noticed that on my right index and middle fingers, unlike the rest of my fingernails, they bend and curl under a little bit. its just these two nails and theyre no longer than the rest of them. is there anything i can do to prevent that?

Any advice on nail care?
I have the absolute WORST nails on the face of this planet. No matter how many times I paint and repaint them, they still manage to break. The top layer literally chips off in layers and the ends become like sharp weapons. I don't even know why I clean them and constantly file the defects away yeah, they're so bad I have to carry a nail file on me . If anyone has ANY way I can make my finger nails stronger so they'll stop this nonsense, please let me know.
