Hair skin and nails vitamins?
I've been taking FutureBiotics Hair, Skin & Nails vitamins once a day and I'm seeing a difference but I feel like it might not be enough because the bottle says take 3 per day with meals. If I do OK with 1 per day, is it most likely going to bother my stomach or make me throw up if I take it 2 or 3 times per day like it says? I know that usually happens if you take too many vitamins. If anyone can help, thank you I definitely want to stick to these vitamins along with high protein diet because I've tried everything else including biotin and didn't get desired results. My hair and nails grew slower than slow. I definitely seem to need a high dosage of vitamins being that I have dry nail beds, brittle hair, and dry skin.
